Welcome to the annual Anthem 5K Fitness Classic race website.
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is proud to host the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield 5K Fitness Classic. We continue our commitment to improve the lives of the people we serve with promoting a healthy lifestyle. Net proceeds from the race will be donated to the WHAS Crusade for Children. Please see our Crusade for Children page for more information on how to participate in additional fund raising events. |

The Louisville Triple Crown of Running is offering a limited number of embroidered Triple Crown sweatshirts to be sold this year with net proceeds going to the Crusade for Children. These sweatshirts will be available for Pre-race purchase at Fleet Feet Running Store located on Bardstown Road between Mark’s Feed Store and Qboda from 10a – 4p on Saturdays, February 9th & 16th (cash and checks only, checks made to Anthem 5K). The remainder will be available during Packet Pick-up times prior to each race & on race morning while supplies last. The white Hoodies are $45 & black crew necks are $40.
